Sigma Utility Solutions was founded in 2002 focusing on Program and Project Management Consulting services for large electrical utilities. Sigma Utility Solutions has applied this same expertise on various programs and projects for a variety of client needs including utilities, large industrial, information technology, public works, and government programs and projects.

Based on our client’s needs or request, Sigma Utility Solutions provides a full range of PMO services as a turnkey operation, or these services can be bundled and either embedded on-site with the client’s staff, or Sigma staff perform the same duties off-site as program/project support, or as individual stand-alone services.
